Efficacy is the UK's largest and leading independent Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) service. This is the practice branch located in the City of London close to Monument Station, serving the Central London area and beyond on 54-55 Cornhill.
Efficacy is proud to offer unrivalled years of experience delivering high quality evidence-based CBT therapy, psychological well-being training and consultancy to individuals, organisations and groups. The team offer a rapid, discreet, flexible service which prioritises clients and their needs.
Every therapist in the team has expertise in helping clients manage anxiety and depression by positively supporting them to change way they respond, think and behave. In addition, the therapists have experience and special areas of interest and that can be helpful in guiding clients to the best support.

The team of highly qualified cognitive behavioural therapists work across the UK and have built an enviable reputation on quality, trust and results. All members of the Efficacy therapy team are accredited by the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) and have extensive experience practicing CBT.
Each week Efficacy treats hundreds of individuals throughout the UK for a wide range of emotional and behavioural problems; helping people move on with their lives.
