Miran Arif studierte an der Medizinischen Universität Wien Humanmedizin, schloss danach das Studium der Betriebswissenschaften an der Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien ab und begann im Jahr 2002 als Arzt für Allgemeinmedizin. Anschließend sammelte er umfassende Praxiserfahrung, unter anderem als Facharzt für Lungenerkrankungen.
