Established in 2014, Check4Cancer is a specialist provider of early cancer detection and genetic screening services. The organisation was founded in response to the growing need for timely diagnosis, as cancer affects approximately one in two people and outcomes are closely linked to how early the disease is identified. Cancer screening aims to detect disease before symptoms develop, when treatment options are typically more effective and less complex.
Check4Cancer provides rapid access to personalised cancer screening and diagnostic pathways for individuals concerned about potential cancer symptoms, as well as genetic counselling and testing for those with an increased inherited risk. All services are clinically led and evidence based, focusing on the six most common cancers in the UK: bowel, breast, cervical, lung, prostate, and skin cancer.
The organisation is regulated by the Care Quality Commission and is recognised as a trusted diagnostic partner by many of the UK’s leading private medical insurers. Its services are designed to offer timely, convenient access to investigations, supporting individuals in making informed decisions about their health.
