In allen Behandlungen werden bewährte Verfahren durch neueste medizinische Erkenntnisse ergänzt. Zudem ist das Bundeswehrkrankenhaus Berlin seit 1994 als akademisches Lehrkrankenhaus anerkannt. Hier findet die Ausbildung von Medizinstudenten der Charité, dem größten Universitätskrankenhaus Europas, statt.
