At NEOVIVA, each client benefits from a highly individualized and attentive approach, with a small group setting that never exceeds five clients at a time. This intimate environment ensures that every guest receives a tailored treatment plan reflecting their unique needs. The signature program spans a minimum of four weeks, giving clients the time and space to engage deeply in a wide range of therapeutic modalities.
The program addresses the root causes of addiction through a combination of group therapy, one-on-one counseling, and somatic therapy. Innovative treatments like rTMS are also used to ease cravings and support recovery from depression, anxiety, and other mental health concerns. To promote mindfulness and support nervous system regulation, the program integrates wellness practices such as yoga and breathwork.
Executive Treatment and Natural Amenities
NEOVIVA also offers a specialized executive program for executives with high-profile careers or self-employed professionals who might feel uneasy about leaving their business behind for any length of time. NEOVIVA provides ample office space to allow work and healing to flow simultaneously. Clients may access their personal devices (phones, laptops, and tablets) during free hours. Clients can also enjoy leisure time to take full advantage of the beautiful surroundings and activities Lake Lucerne has to offer. Dogs are allowed and welcomed at NEOVIVA, as they recognize the impact pets have on mental wellbeing and happiness–especially during recovery.
NEOVIVA provides treatment in many languages, including French, Japanese, Bengali, Russian, English, German, and Afrikaans.

Transportation is provided through chauffeur services as well as gourmet prepared meals. The hotel's services, which include a restaurant, an outdoor hot tub and swimming pool, plus an indoor and outdoor sauna, are available to NEOVIVA guests.
