The Fitzrovia Hospital is a boutique 28-bed private hospital occupying a restored Georgian terrace on Fitzroy Square, in the heart of London's medical district. Founded in 1985 by a group of consultant surgeons seeking an alternative to large NHS facilities, the hospital today serves over 64,000 outpatients and performs 12,400+ day-case procedures annually.
Our six operating theatres are fitted with the latest robotic-assisted surgery platforms (Mako · da Vinci Xi · ROSA Knee), and our imaging suites feature two MRI scanners (1.5T & 3T), 64-slice CT, ultrasound, DEXA and digital mammography — all available with same-day reporting.
We are CQC-rated Good, ISO 9001 & 27001 certified, and JCI internationally accredited. Our published outcomes consistently outperform UK private-sector benchmarks across infection control, mortality, PROM scores and patient satisfaction.
Fitzrovia partners with leading consultants across nine specialty centres, accepts all major UK and international insurers, and offers comprehensive self-pay packages with transparent pricing. Our international patients team supports visa, transfer, accommodation and remote aftercare worldwide.
