Dr Al-Nuaimi is a UK-trained Consultant Dermatologist. They are the Hair Clinical Lead for the British Hair and Nail Society and the South West Peninsula Dermatology Specialty lead for the NIHR research network. Dr Al-Nuaimi's postgraduate training took place at Salford Royal and the South West Peninsula. Their specialist interest is in Hair disorders and they were awarded a PhD investigating the molecular control mechanisms of the human hair cycle. Dr Al-Nuaimi has peer-reviewed publications in their areas of interest and presents nationally and internationally.
Dr Al-Nuaimi ensures consultations are patient-centred allowing patients to be actively involved in decisions about their skin treatment. They diagnose and treat all adult skin disorders including hair loss; hair and scalp disorders; inflammatory skin conditions including lichen planus, eczema, psoriasis, acne; benign and malignant skin growths and lesions; mole/skin checks; skin surgery; minor skin procedures.
