Vishal Kanji is a Specialist Physiotherapist with extensive experience across both clinical practice and elite sport. He trained within the NHS, completing a broad rotational programme that included spinal cord injuries, chronic pain, hypermobility and Ehlers–Danlos syndrome, musculoskeletal outpatients, intensive care, orthopaedics and hand therapy.

He has been part of the medical team at Arsenal Football Club and has held senior physiotherapy roles within county cricket, including leading medical provision for Middlesex County Cricket Academy, working as squad physiotherapist for the professional team, and serving as Head of Physiotherapy at Essex County Cricket. Vishal has a particular clinical interest in lumbar spine stress fractures in athletes and the management of accelerated return-to-sport pathways.
