About
In 2015, Vicki furthered her education by obtaining a Master’s degree in Autism from Sheffield Hallam University. This deepened her understanding of neurodiverse conditions and gave her valuable knowledge to better support individuals within this population. She has also undergone specialised training in diagnostic tools such as ADOS and ADI, training her in the diagnostic process for neurodiverse conditions.
With a commitment to providing holistic care, Vicki expanded her skill set by completing the V300 Independent Prescribing qualification from UCLAN in 2018. Subsequently, she assumed the role of clinical lead for ADHD in a Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) setting, where she applied her expertise to enhance the care provided to individuals with ADHD.
Vicki is passionate about advocating for and supporting individuals with neurodiverse conditions. Her approach to care is characterised by empathy, person-centeredness, and approachability. She takes pride in creating a warm and supportive environment where individuals feel empowered and valued throughout their mental health journey.
“Evidence-based care tailored to each patient — taking the time to explain options and shared decisions.”
