In 2006, Dr Annamalai arrived in Australia and commenced work at Launceston General Hospital (LGH), where they dedicated their time to the Obstetrics team until 2008. Following their time at LGH, Dr Annamalai relocated to New Zealand, broadening their expertise in both Obstetrics and General Practice.
Beyond their professional life, Dr Annamalai finds fulfilment in various aspects of life. They are a dedicated powerlifter, find joy in bushwalking, and deeply appreciate the natural beauty that Tasmania offers. Family life holds significant importance for Dr Annamalai, who values a balanced approach to life, a principle instilled through their experiences in the medical field.
