Ms Tisha Binot

Tisha Binot is a dedicated Pilates Instructor with a background as a professional dancer and assistant choreographer, having worked with artists and renowned brands like Adidas. Her journey with Pilates began in 2004, which significantly improved her performance and helped her recover from injuries. She became a qualified Pilates instructor in 2018, discovering a new passion for understanding the complexities of the human body and movement. In 2019, while working in Abu Dhabi, Tisha faced a life-altering experience when she was involved in a serious car accident, resulting in multiple life-threatening fractures and head trauma. Determined to recover, she studied rehabilitation techniques and managed to achieve an almost complete recovery in under five years, despite living with a brain injury and a metal plate in her jaw. Tisha’s personal journey has made her a strong advocate for the effectiveness of Pilates, with some considering her a living testament to its transformative power. Her interests now extend to the brain, nervous system, and how they impact movement and recovery. She is passionate about helping others develop adaptive strategies that make the seemingly impossible, possible. Her specialist areas include chronic pain, concussion, acquired brain injury, and the neurology of movement and performance.
