Dr. med. Thomas Jazbec ist ein Facharzt für Neurochirurgie. Seine medizinische Ausbildung absolvierte er an den Universitäten Graz, Lund (Schweden) und Wien. Dr. med. Jazbec ist Inhaber des Ausbildungsdiploms der europäischen Gesellschaft für Neurochirurgie und des Fortbildungsdiploms der österreichischen Ärztekammer. Zusätzlich zu seiner Spezialisierung in der Neurochirurgie ist Dr. med. Jazbec auch Notarzt und verfügt über das ÖÄK-Diplom für Manuelle Medizin. Bevor er sich der Medizin widmete, war Dr. med. Jazbec 16 Jahre lang hauptberuflich als Tennistrainer und Tennisschulleiter tätig. Er kann auf eine erfolgreiche Karriere im Tennissport zurückblicken, in der er zwei steirische Meistertitel bei den Herren errang. Darüber hinaus engagierte er sich als Trainer und Spielpartner von Michael Hetzl bei den Special Olympics und gewann dort eine olympische Gold-, Silber- und Bronzemedaille.
