Diese Kombination aus Ingenieurwesen und Medizin prägt seinen Ansatz bis heute.
Besonders fasziniert Dr. med. Gruber die Schnittstelle zwischen Technik und Medizin. Diese Leidenschaft spiegelt sich in seiner Arbeit wider, in der er stets bestrebt ist, innovative Lösungen für komplexe orthopädische Herausforderungen zu finden. Seine medizinisch-technischen Ideen führten zur Entwicklung verschiedener Prototypen und patentierter Instrumente, die weltweit in der endoskopischen Chirurgie eingesetzt werden.
