About Dr Tanya Augustine
Dr Augustine is a counselling psychologist who offers a range of therapies that can be tailored to individual needs and circumstances. These approaches bring together a broad range of theories and have a strong evidence base in helping people manage their emotional health, and address difficulties associated with trauma, chronic stress and adverse life experiences.
