Dr Sialy obtained her medical degree at Meerut University, India in 1992. After qualifying, she completed her residency in internal medicine at King George's Medical College in India and was awarded a MD in 1995. She later moved to the UK and received her Certificate of Completion of Training recognised by the Royal College of Surgeons in 1998. She was awarded her Membership with the Royal College of Physicians in 2003. During her time in the UK, Dr Sialy also obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Diabetes.
Prior to joining Medicentres Polyclinic in 2011, Dr Sialy practiced at American Mission Hospital in Bahrain. In her current position, she focuses on Family Practice with particular interest in endocrinology. She has expertise in treating thyroid conditions, diabetes, metabolic syndrome, PCOS and other chronic conditions such as high-cholesterol and hypertension.
