Dr. Stephen Peart is a Clinical Psychologist providing support for children, parents and families. He is highly qualified having obtained a BSc in Forensic Psychology, an MSc in Applied Psychology and subsequently completing a Practitioner Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. Dr. Peart has experience working with a wide range of mental health difficulties, including Anxiety, Autism, Attention and Concentration Difficulties, Communication difficulties, Depression, Developmental Disorders, Bereavement, Family conflict, OCD, Parenting, Phobias, Self-Esteem, Relationship Issues, Sexuality, PTSD and more. His focus is always to be understanding and offer compassionate care.

Dr. Peart can work with either one focused therapeutic model or integrate techniques from different models to find the best approach for each individual. He has experience using Cognitive behavioural approaches, Narrative approaches, Trauma-focused approaches, Mentalisation-based approaches and Attachment-focused approaches. He is highly trained to conduct psychological assessments and therapeutic interventions, including General Psychological assessments, Neurodevelopmental assessments, Cognitive assessments, ADHD assessments, Autism Spectrum Disorder assessments, Family and Parenting work, Story Stem assessments and Child Attachment interviews.

With experience in both the private and public sectors, Dr. Peart has worked with a diverse client population. He is registered with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a Clinical Psychologist, and is a chartered member of the British Psychological Society.
