Sinéad began her career as a nurse in Manchester over 20 years ago, subsequently working in Ireland and Australia in various roles such as Clinical Nurse Specialist, Research Nurse, Nurse Advisor, Clinical Nurse Manager, and Assistant Director of Nursing. She is also an active writer for nursing journals and publications, serving as a peer reviewer and member of editorial boards for nursing supplements.
Driven by her own experiences with complex health issues, Sinéad is passionate about educating and empowering others to take charge of their health. Originally from Kildare, she has resided in Cork since 2008.
With a diverse background in nursing, including specialisation in areas such as Gastrointestinal Disorders, Cardiovascular Risk Reduction, Autoimmune Disorders and Research, and the microbiome, Sinéad's passion for nutrition grew. Feeling limited in her ability to provide comprehensive care, she pursued studies in Naturopathic Nutrition. This enabled her to merge her nursing expertise with a holistic perspective, empowering individuals to achieve balance and lead their best lives.
