About
Serena completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Spiritual Facilitation and Development at the University of Surrey in 2004, followed by Gestalt Psychology and Life Coaching training at the Gestalt Training Institute in West Australia and the Life Coaching Academy Australia respectively. In 2017, Serena completed training in Attachment-based Developmental Psychology at the Neufeld Institute in Vancouver, Canada. She also holds a Postgraduate Foundation Certificate in Psychotherapy and Counselling from Regent’s University London and a Master’s degree in Addiction Psychology and Counselling from London South Bank University.
Her extensive expertise spans several areas including: addiction psychology, Gestalt psychotherapy, integral coaching, conscious parenting, developmental attachment-based psychology, and spiritual facilitation. Serena's commitment to "walking the talk" is evident in her continuous investment in personal development, enabling her to provide clients with a rich and empathetic perspective on their journey toward wellbeing.
