Her professional journey has taken her through community mental health centres, hospitals, multiple university counselling centres across the USA, and schools. Having lived in different parts of the world, including Jordan, the UK, the USA, and the UAE, Dr Montes appreciates the richness of multicultural perspectives and values the diverse worldviews of her patients.
Dr Montes' therapeutic approach is characterised by its strength-based and collaborative nature. She understands the importance of forging strong, genuine, and open working relationships with her patients.
