She has advanced training in obstetric ultrasound, fetal medicine, and high-risk labour ward management, and has held several leadership positions including Lead clinician for safety, Research, and Labour Ward Management, where she played a key role in developing clinical standards and improving patient safety outcomes.

Dr. Sangeeta has conducted research in Cambridge, presenting at national and international conferences, and has published several papers in peer-reviewed journals. She is an active member of the Royal College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists, the General Medical Council, the British Maternal and Fetal Medicine Society, and the International Society of Ultrasound in Obstetrics & Gynaecology.

Her clinical practice encompasses general pregnancy care, normal vaginal deliveries, instrumental deliveries, postnatal care, and both simple and complex caesarean sections. With advanced expertise in managing high-risk pregnancies, Dr Sangeeta provides comprehensive antenatal care, detailed obstetric ultrasound, and delivery planning tailored to each women's needs. She is specially known for her calm, clear communication and evidence based approach. She provides individualised care to women with high-risk pregnancies, including those involving underlying maternal medical conditions, Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, Pre-Eclampsia, previous preterm delivery, breech presentation, twin pregnancies, and pregnancies requiring vaginal cervical cerclage. Dr. Sangeeta provides care to all early pregnancy concerns including abdominal and vaginal ultrasound.

She provides general gynaecological care and routine health checks for women incuding Pap Smear. She provides care for menstrual disorders, miscarriage, PCOS, pelvic pain, menopausal concerns, HRT discussion and preconception counselling.
