Samantha’s ophthalmology training took place in the South West, including several years at Bristol Eye Hospital and a dedicated year focusing on oculoplastic, lacrimal, and orbital surgery. She then completed a fellowship in oculoplastic, orbital, and lacrimal surgery at East Grinstead, a centre renowned for treating patients with facial nerve palsy. Passionate about education, Samantha holds a master’s degree in medical education. Outside of work, Samantha is an avid singer and enjoys performing in local pubs and with the Bristol Eye Hospital band.
