Dr. Sahar Safaei is a General Dentist at Medcare Medical Centre Jumeirah Branch of Medcare Hospital. She holds a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the Faculty of Dentistry at Ajman University of Science and Technology in the UAE, as well as a Fellowship in Laser Dentistry from the University of Genova in Italy. Dr. Safaei is a member of both the Iranian Medical Association and the Iranian General Dentist Association.
After completing her internship at Ajman University, which was recognised by the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, Dr. Safaei worked as a General and Cosmetic Dentist in private practices in Mashhad and Tehran, Iran. She also served as a General Dental Practitioner at Sadr Specialty Hospital in Tehran before relocating to the UAE. She spent several years practising at Dentofaces Cosmetic Clinic in Dubai when joining Medcare.
Dr. Safaei specialises in Cosmetic and Restorative Dentistry, including treatments such as laminates, veneers, Hollywood smiles, scaling, polishing, root planning, teeth whitening, crowns, bridges, and implant prostheses. She is also skilled in laser technology, using it to treat gum pigmentation, jaw pain, root canals, composite fillings, and oral ulcers. Additionally, she performs laser soft tissue surgeries, comprehensive oral exams, preventive dental care, pedodontics, oral radiology interpretation, gingivectomy, and emergency dental treatments.
