He trained under Prof. Beverland at Musgrave Park Hospital, Belfast, one of the UK's leading Arthroplasty units. He also pursued a fellowship in Hip Surgery under Prof. Middleton at Royal Bournemouth & Poole Hospitals, focusing on enhanced recovery pathways, robotic hip surgery, and cycling for hip pain. In recognition of his work, he was awarded an Honorary Visiting Fellowship with Bournemouth University and the ESSKA ALWIN JAGER Travelling Fellowship in 2018.
Mr. Pagoti treats a wide range of hip and knee conditions, performing primary and revision hip replacements, knee replacements, and knee arthroscopy. He is actively involved in research and has presented at national and international conferences. He co-authored a book chapter on Complex Total Knee Replacement and remains engaged in medical education, serving as an examiner for medical undergraduates at Queen’s University, Belfast.
