She continues to stay active through running, strength training and Pilates, and swimming which helps her relate to the challenges patients face when recovering from injury.

Rachel treats a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and has a particular interest in shoulder injuries and lower limb conditions, including running-related injuries. She has worked closely with leading London-based consultants to support patients through both conservative rehabilitation and post-operative recovery.

Her goal is always to help patients return to the activities they enjoy, whether that is sport, exercise, or everyday life.
