Professor Nicholas Peters is a highly reputable cardiologist based in London. He is accredited in both cardiology and general medicine and has a particular interest in the treatment of arrhythmias with invasive procedures (ablations) and pacemaker implantation.
Prof. Peters has extensive training, including a three-year British Heart Foundation (BHF) Research Fellowship to complete his MD at Imperial College in London. He also undertook Post-Doctoral Research at Columbia University, New York, and continues to hold a Faculty Professorial appointment at Columbia. In 1998, he became Professor of Cardiology and Honorary Consultant Cardiologist at St Mary's Hospital and Imperial College. Following the merger of St Mary's, Hammersmith and Charing Cross Hospitals with Imperial College, he now works at both St Mary's and Hammersmith sites within Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust.
