Physiotherapy
About
Princia began her career in MSK clinical practice in Cornwall before moving into academics, spending two years as a lecturer in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. She then relocated to Cambridgeshire, where she worked in private practice for more than seven years, gaining broad experience in managing a wide range of MSK and Women's Health Conditions. She further developed her clinical expertise by working as a First Contact Practitioner in the NHS, assessing and managing complex musculoskeletal presentations.
Alongside her MSK work, Princia is trained in Women’s Health Physiotherapy. Her clinical interests include urinary incontinence, overactive bladder, endometriosis, pelvic girdle pain, diastasis recti and pelvic floor dysfunction.
Princia is also trained in Pilates and integrates this into her rehabilitation programmes to support both musculoskeletal and women’s health patients.
“Evidence-based care tailored to each patient — taking the time to explain options and shared decisions.”
