Dr Polina Ganzhara is a General Dentist with more than 10 years of experience, with a particular focus on paediatric dentistry and creating positive dental experiences for children. She is dedicated to helping young patients feel comfortable and confident during their visits, believing that every dental appointment should be a calm and supportive experience.
Her clinical expertise includes pre-treatment adaptation for children, treatment of caries of any complexity, professional oral hygiene, tooth fluoridation and primary tooth extraction. She also provides treatment under sedation when appropriate and offers personalised oral hygiene education to support long-term dental health for children and their families.
Dr Ganzhara graduated in General Dentistry in 2016 from South Ural State Medical University, Faculty of Dentistry, Chelyabinsk, Russia. In the same year, she obtained Specialty Certificates in both General Dentistry and Paediatric Dentistry.
She has undertaken extensive postgraduate training in restorative and paediatric dentistry, including aesthetic and functional restorations with Ceram-X, advanced professional oral hygiene techniques, and the management of pulpitis and periodontitis in both temporary and permanent teeth in children. Her additional training includes malignant hyperthermia awareness, endodontic treatment of immature permanent teeth, dental trauma management, prosthetic dentistry for temporary and permanent teeth, and advanced communication techniques for paediatric consultations.
