Her clinical work is further informed by her academic background in linguistics (MA), philosophy (PhD), trauma training, relationship therapy training, and experience in ADHD- and ASD-informed therapy.
Having lived and studied internationally, Olena has significant experience working with issues related to diversity, migration, and cultural integration. She works with adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
Her areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, bereavement, relationship difficulties, trauma, parenting challenges, self-esteem, workplace issues, cancer-related concerns, addiction, and abuse. She also has a clinical interest in supporting clients with adult ADHD and ASD and has substantial experience working with LGBTQ clients. She provides both short-term and long-term therapy.
Olena is also a published author. Her children’s book Anxie the Hedgehog was published in 2024 and has been translated into five languages.
