Before joining Fertility Plus in 2024, she worked for more than five years at Homerton University Hospital Foundation Trust, initially as a Clinical Research Fellow and later as a Specialty Doctor in Fertility and Reproductive Medicine. Prior to moving to the UK, she held academic and clinical positions in India, including Assistant Professor at Grant Medical College and Sir J J Group of Hospitals in Mumbai, and Doctor/Assistant Professor at Government Medical College in Nagpur. She also completed advanced training in laparoscopic surgery at Akola Endoscopy Centre and has published and presented widely on topics in obstetrics and gynaecology.
