Dr. Fallico has also gained further plastic surgery experience by volunteering her knowledge and expertise in various countries, including Japan, Indonesia, and Tanzania. She has also undertaken several courses to sharpen her knowledge and expertise, including a cleft lip and palate surgery training course at Bambino Gesu Children's Hospital, Rome, and a facial aesthetic surgery course at the ICLO Research Centre, Italy.

She is driven by being able to relate and empathise with her patients, to allow her to better understand their needs and develop an individualised treatment plan and exceed their expectations.
