About Dr Natasha Harper
Dr Natasha Harper is an experienced Consultant Dermatologist who has been practising at Solihull and Good Hope hospitals since 2018. She completed her dermatology training in the West Midlands and has since been providing exceptional care to her patients in her NHS practice. Dr Harper covers a broad range of general dermatology, skin cancer, and minor skin surgery, as well as sub-specialties in Epidermolysis Bullosa and Complex Dermatology. She is passionate about education and is actively involved in training both medical students and junior doctors. Dr Harper's expertise in skin surgery allows her to perform a range of procedures such as biopsies, curettage, shave excisions, and standard excisions for both benign and malignant lesions. She also performs cryotherapy using liquid nitrogen. For patients requiring large or advanced surgery, she works alongside specialist surgeons. In addition to skin surgery, her practice includes general dermatology, which encompasses a variety of conditions affecting the skin, hair, and nails. This includes eczema, acne, psoriasis, hair loss, itch, vitiligo, melasma, and other rashes. Dr Harper has a particular interest in skin conditions where there is a complex interplay between mind and skin. As a member of the Skin Cancer Multi-disciplinary Team, she has extensive experience in the diagnosis and management of skin cancer, as well as benign lesions such as warts, cysts, and skin tags. She uses dermoscopy for the assessment and monitoring of moles, providing her patients with accurate and timely diagnoses. Dr Harper's dedication to providing the highest quality care to her patients is evident in her commitment to ongoing education and professional development. Her patients can trust that they are receiving the most up-to-date and effective treatments available in the field of dermatology.
"Evidence-based care tailored to each patient — taking the time to explain options and shared decisions."
