About Natasha Daniels
Natasha Daniels is an accredited cognitive behavioural therapist with experience working in community settings, NHS services, and the private sector. Since 2020, she has been part of NHS Talking Therapies, where she provides CBT for common mental health conditions and supervises other practitioners. She specialises in treating anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), body dysmorphic disorder (BDD), depression, panic attacks, phobias, postnatal depression, sleep disorders, work-related stress, and low self-esteem. She also has additional experience with health anxiety, generalised anxiety disorder, social anxiety disorder, PTSD (with trauma-focused CBT), specific phobias, and trichotillomania. Her therapeutic approach is centred on cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed CBT (TF-CBT). Natasha holds a PGDip in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy from Royal Holloway, a PGCert in Low Intensity CBT-Based Interventions from Reading University, and a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Portsmouth, graduating with first-class honours. She is a BABCP-accredited behavioural and cognitive psychotherapist. She has a particular interest in perinatal and postnatal mental health care, supporting young adults (18–25 years old), and adapting therapy for neurodiverse individuals, including those with ASD and ADHD.
