Grace Elliston is an acupuncturist at The Elements Project. She trained on the first of Gerad Kite's Five Element courses in 2016 and is halfway through the Masters programme at Yellow Path, Gerad Kite's new school. She is a member of the Association of Five-Element Acupuncturists and the British Acupuncture Federation. Her work is highly influenced by holistic psychology, trauma research and embodiment.
Grace's interests in natural health and acupuncture began in her early 20s when she realised how disassociated she was from herself and others. In the years following this, with the help of acupuncture, she confronted the deeply buried issues that were getting in the way of her living a fulfilled life. In the process she learnt a lot about herself and how to work with the complexities of life and the strange symptoms that can arise when we're not in balance. Seven years into treatment, acupuncture still helps facilitate her personal growth and continues to help her support her patients.
She is now an experienced and skilled acupuncturist, passionate about helping others reconnect with themselves, process past experience and take ownership of a healthier body and mind.
