Mr Nedas started as a consultant Urological surgeon at Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in 2012 and has been practising privately in Hampshire since 2013. Mr Nedas sees both male and female, adult and paediatric patients in the NHS and private sector.  Mr Nedas offers consultations for urological problems such as raised PSA, diagnosis of malignant and benign prostate conditions including fusion prostate biopsies, urinary frequency, frequent UTI’s, scrotal and foreskin issues, prostatitis and vasectomy. He has training and interest in in the management of kidney stone disease for which he offers surgical options as well as preventative measures. He also offers a general paediatric urology service including the treatment of enuresis (bedwetting), dysfunctional voiding, foreskin issues and undescended testicles. He sees patients in both Basingstoke and Winchester. 

Alongside his medical degree, Mr Nedas has a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Medicine (the study of the molecular and genetic basis of cancer) from Guys' and St. Thomas's Hospitals. As a Senior House Officer, Mr Nedas earned a masters degree in Urology (University College London) with a  distinction for his thesis and the Geoffrey Chisholm Gold Medal for overall performance. His postgraduate training in Urology also included a dedicated year of  Paediatric Urology at Great Ormond Street Hospital. 

Mr Nedas is the clinical director for Urology at Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust  (incorporating Basingstoke, Winchester and Andover Hospitals). He also sits on the steering committee for paediatric surgery at Hampshire Hospitals and is on the Medical Advisory committee for The Hampshire Clinic. From 2020-2023 he was the Regional Director for the Royal College of Surgeons in the South Central Region. Alongside his clinical work Mr Nedas is a  trustee of the North Hampshire Medical Fund, a charity with the aim of raising money for advanced  and innovative medical equipment for Hampshire Hospitals.

Having grown up in London, Mr Nedas now lives in Hampshire with his wife and four children. His hobbies include cooking, running and gardening. Mr Nedas has completed four marathons, a half ironman event, cycled three stages of the Tour de France in 2015 and cycled from Hampshire to the annual BAUS (British Association of Urological Surgeons) conference in Liverpool in 2018.  Mr Nedas ran the Leeds marathon in May 2025 in support of research into Motor Neuron Disease (MND). In May 2026 Mr Nedas will be part of Andy’s Army taking on the Jurassic Coast Ultra Challenge – a 100Km walk along the coast line raising funds for MND research.

Mr Nedas works with all UK based insurance companies and is fee assured charging with in the insurance company guidelines.

 He is also happy to see self funding patients. Initial consultation £295, follow up consultations £190.

· Management and preventative treatment of kidney stones

· Kidney stone laser treatment including rigid and flexible ureterorenoscopy and Laser fragmentation of stones

· Investigations for raised PSA and prostate cancer diagnosis

· Treatment for Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) including Rezum and TURP

· Investigation and management of dysfunctional voiding, including urinary frequency, urgency, poor flow and nocturia (getting up multiple times at night to pass urine

· Treatment for recurrent UTI’s (Urinary Tract Infections)

· Investigations for Heamaturia (blood in the urine)

· Investigations for Hematospermia (blood in the semen)

· Investigations and diagnosis of bladder cancer

· Forskin problems including circumcision

· Investigations for scrotal issues such as hydroceles, epidydimal cysts and testicular lumps

· Management of enuresis (bed wetting) and urinary frequency

· Undescended testicles

· Diagnosis and treatment of prostatitis

· Diagnosis and treatment of epidydimal cysts and hydroceoles

· General paediatric urology concerns

· Vasectomy, both under local anaesthetic and general anaesthetic.
