Marco De Vito is the clinical director and lead physiotherapist for Marco Physio. He works in Canary Wharf, Victoria and Bermondsey. In order to explore these interests, he has taken many courses, the most recent was about "Visceral manipulation" at the Barrall's Institute.
As his practice has developed, he has become more aware of the need to look at all the different aspects that make up movement and performance when attempting to understand function and the effect of injuries on each patient's lifestyle. This course helped him to develop a stronger understanding of how organs such as the liver, colon, and stomach can play a vital part in the mechanics of the human body.
He offers a wide range of services to his patients in a professional environment and believes that the key to a good physiotherapist is to be someone who can listen to patients without preconceived ideas and understand and respect the trust that patients place in his profession.
Marco regularly attends training courses for his professional development and has achieved postgraduate qualifications from various institution including Queen Mary University and King's College in London.
