Urology
About
Mr Calvert graduated from the University of Cambridge in 1995 with a BChir and has since completed an MD along with the prestigious FRCS in Urology. His extensive training and clinical experience underpin a patient-centred approach focused on delivering effective, evidence-based care.
A key area of his practice is kidney stone management, where he offers comprehensive treatment options including shockwave lithotripsy (ESWL), ureteroscopy, flexible ureterorenoscopy with laser stone fragmentation, and percutaneous nephrolithotomy. He also provides metabolic assessment, preventative strategies, and long-term follow-up to reduce recurrence.
In addition, Mr Calvert treats a broad spectrum of general urological concerns, including foreskin conditions, scrotal swellings, and other urinary symptoms. He is committed to providing clear communication, accurate diagnosis, and tailored treatment plans to support optimal patient outcomes.
“Evidence-based care tailored to each patient — taking the time to explain options and shared decisions.”
