About
Mr Katory attained Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery degrees from Sheffield University, in 1995. He became a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons (England) in General Surgery in 2005 and in 2007 he attained a Doctor of Medicine from Sheffield University. In 2006 he attained an Overseas Laparoscopic Colorectal Fellowship from Singapore General Hospital Colorectal Unit.
Mr Katory has many professional memberships including European Society of Coloproctology. He is also interested in the research of colorectal cancer and laparoscopic and minimally invasive surgery; he has published in many peer reviewed scientific journals.
