He spent 15 years as a consultant at St Barts and The Royal London Hospital, where he also served as the programme director for the London Hospital Rotation.

Since 2011, Mr. Natali has been a private consultant. He is dedicated to maximizing non-surgical treatment protocols to avoid surgery whenever possible and to developing surgical devices and techniques to improve patient outcomes when surgery is necessary.

He devotes much of his time to relieving painful spinal conditions, with a particular emphasis on diagnosing and treating issues affecting the neck, thoracic, and lumbar spine.

As a senior lecturer at Queen Mary Westfield College, he has been involved in training both undergraduates and postgraduates. He also served as the medical director of Back2Normal, a private rehabilitation clinic in Tower Hill specializing in neck and back pain.

Mr. Natali is an active member of several medical associations, including the British Orthopaedic Association, the British Association of Spine Surgeons, the British Medical Association, the North American Spine Society, and The General Medical Council.
