Her management roles were motivated by a commitment to ensuring that all individuals with breast cancer receive the highest quality care. She has worked to standardise care through guidelines, quality standards, education, and research.
Currently, Nicola sits on the HCA Breast Board and chairs the Lister Hospital Breast MDT.
Her professional interests focus on minimising the over-treatment of breast cancer and managing ductal carcinoma in situ.
