Mike integrates strength and conditioning principles into his rehabilitation approach, particularly focusing on lower limb sports injuries, ACL recovery, and tendinopathy management. His specialist interests include Lower Limb Rehabilitation, ACL Rehabilitation, Sport and Exercise Medicine, Tendon Management, and Strength and Conditioning.
Outside of work, Mike enjoys participating in various sports activities such as golf, cycling, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, bouldering, and mountain biking. He recently completed Ironman Portugal, showcasing his dedication to endurance sports. Additionally, Mike has served as a Performance Coach for F2 Driver Juan Manuel Correa during the 2022/23 racing season and as a Strength Coach for the Aviva Premiership-winning Harlequins team during the 2011/12 Season.
