Im Anschluss bildete sie sich in mehreren Fachbereichen weiter, darunter in YogaCraniomandibuläre Dysfunktion (CRAFTA)CraniosacraltherapieViscerale OsteopathieMobilisation des Nervensystems (NOI)Manuelle Therapie nach Maitland (IMTA) und nach MulliganSporttherapie und Trainingstherapie2017 belegte sie den Studiengang "Psychosoziale Kompetenz in der Wirtschaft" der Sigmund Freud Universität Wien und ließ sich 2018 an der Stanford University der Vereinigten Staaten, in MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Release) nach Jon Kabat Zinn bei Patty Mc. Lucas weiterbilden. Beruflich war sie in unterschiedlichen Kliniken und Einrichtungen tätig, bevor sie 2011 ihre eigene Praxis in Wien eröffnete.
