Acerca de
Dr Maysoon Abdelmajeed is a family and cosmetic dentist with extensive NHS and private practice experience. She has a particular interest in minimally invasive aesthetic dentistry and is a registered provider of Inman AlignerTM and Six Months Smiles® treatment. She is also qualified to conduct laser dentistry by the British Institute of Laser Dentistry.
Dr Abdelmajeed gained her undergraduate degree from Manchester University in 2006 and went on to take a number of courses, including a one-year training course in Cosmetic and Aesthetic Restorative Dentistry in London. In 2008 she became a member of the Faculty of Dental Surgeons at the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and was also the youngest clinical teaching fellow at Manchester University, where she taught undergraduate dentistry students. She is currently an examiner for the Diploma of Membership in the Joint Dental Faculties at the Royal College of Surgeons of England.
Dr Abdelmajeed is passionate about giving back to the community and has participated in a dental charity mission to Tanzania with Bridge2Aid, where she treated patients in rural regions and trained clinical officers in safe practices when performing extractions to prevent cross-infection.
Outside of work, Dr Abdelmajeed enjoys photography, travel, and yoga. She is a skilled squash player who now competes in the Dubai Prince Squash League. She is also an avid foodie and spends time writing a food blog.
