Darüber hinaus wurde er in der Universitätsklinik für Dermatologie des Allgemeinen Krankenhaus in Wien in der Abteilung für Immundermatologie und in der Abteilung für Allgemeine Dermatologie weiter ausgebildet. Zudem absolvierte Dr. Markus Wiesender eine umfangreiche Ausbildung in allen Teilgebieten der Dermatologie mit dem Schwerpunkt auf Geschlechtskrankheiten und HIV. Aufgrund seiner weitreichenden Ausbildungen erwarb Dr. Markus Wiesender das Diplom „Facharzt für Haut- und Geschlechtskrankheiten.
In seiner Wahlarztordination im Ärztezentrum im 22. Wiener Gemeindebezirk bietet Dr. Markus Wiesender seinen Patientinnen und Patienten ein umfangreiches Leistungsspektrum rund um die Bereiche Dermatologie und Geschlechtskrankheiten an. Neben der Diagnostik und Therapie von diversen Hauterkrankungen, führt Dr. Markus Wiesender auch Muttermalkontrollen, operative ambulante Entfernungen von Warzen, Muttermalen sowie gut- oder bösartigen Hauttumoren durch. Zusätzlich werden in seiner Ordination auch Hautkrebsvorsorgen, kosmetische Behandlungen, Kryotherapien genauso wie die Behandlung von Kopfhaut-, Haar- und Geschlechtskrankheiten angeboten. Ergänzend zu seinen Tätigkeiten in der Ordination ist Dr. Markus Wiesender zusätzlich Mitglied in der Österreichischen Gesellschaft für Dermatologie und Venerologie.
