About Herr Markus Martin
Herr Markus Martin ist Physiotherapeut, Chiropraktiker sowie Ausbilder für Physiotherapie, Urologie und Gynäkologie und ist als freier Autor für medizinische Fachzeitschriften tätig. Im Jahr 2009 hat Herr Martin das Zentrum für Diagnostik, Therapie und Training „medimpuls" gegründet und leitet es bis heute. Markus Martin hat eine beeindruckend umfangreiche Aus- und Weiterbildung in zahlreichen Fachgebieten genossen. Im Laufe der Jahre hat sich Herr Martin auf die therapeutischen Bereiche Amerikanische Chiropraktik nach Thompson, Funktionelle Schmerztherapie nach Dr. med. Brügger, Beschwerden rund um Blase, Prostata und Beckenboden beim Mann und Beratung zu Prostata-OP und Erektriler Dysfunktion, sowie chronischem Beckenschmerzsyndrom spezialisiert. Neben seiner Arbeit in der Praxis ergab sich 1993 die Möglichkeit als Ausbilder in der Funktionellen Schmerztherapie nach Dr. med. Brügger tätig zu werden. Diese Aufgabe wuchs schnell zu seiner neuen Leidenschaft heran und es folgte die Lehrtätigkeit in verschiedenen weiteren Therapien und Methoden. Er entwickelte in den 90er Jahren das Behandlungskonzept BM-Balance bei Beschwerden rund um Blase, Prostata und Beckenboden. Mittlerweile hat er mehr als 1200 Therapeuten indieser Technik ausgebildet. In all den Jahren hat sich bei Markus Martin auch ein gewisser Forscherdrang entwickelt. Er ist Mitglied in der österreichischen Fachgruppe für Urologie, Gynäkologie, Geburt und Proktologie des Berufsverbandes der Physiotherapeuten und in der Medizinischen Kontinenzgesellschaft Österreich. Des weiteren ist Herr Martin ein gefragter Experte auf seinem Gebiet und gibt sein Wissen in Form von Publikationen, Vorträgen und Workshops an Kollegen und Interessierte weiter.
