Marcos Gelos studierte Medizin an der Universität Greifswald und der Freien Universität Berlin, bevor er im Marienhospital Osnabrück sowie der Augusta-Kranken Anstalt Bochum Erfahrung sammelte. Es folgten weitere Positionen als Fach- und Oberarzt, in Bochum und Essen, bevor Dr. Gelos 2022 seine eigene Praxis gründete.
