Dr. med. Eppel ist außerdem als Instruktor und Referent bei zahlreichen nationalen und internationalen Veranstaltungen tätig.
Dr. med. Eppel studierte Medizin an der Universität Wien und promovierte im Jahr 1990. Zusätzlich zu seiner medizinischen Ausbildung verfügt Dr. med. Eppel über ein Diplom in Manueller Medizin und ist zertifizierter Sporttraumatologe.
