Ludger J. M. Meyer zusätzlich von den neuesten wissenschaftlichen Behandlungsmethoden auf dem Feld der Schönheitschirurgie. Diese Techniken entwickelt die Chirurgenvereinigung im geschützten Bereich ihrer Verbandsarbeit. Zu den Sicherheitsmaßnahmen gehört auch, dass Chirurgen die neuen Verfahren erst dann einsetzen, wenn sie als erprobt gelten. Dieses Vorgehen schützt die Patienten und gewährleistet einen hohen Qualitätsstandard.Einer der Schwerpunkte von Dr. Meyer sind Brustoperationen. Er hat bereits 2.000 Brustvergrößerungen und etwa 3.000 Brustoperationen insgesamt durchgeführt. Je nach PatientInnen können die Brüste, bei kleinen oder asymmetrischen Brüsten, vergrößert werden oder bei einer zu großen oder hängenden Brust verkleinert werden. Auch Bruststraffungen und allgemeine Brustkorrekturen werden von Dr. Meyer durchgeführt.Ein weiterer zentraler Behandlungspunkt von Dr. Meyer ist das Gesicht. Im Laufe der Jahre hinterlässt das Leben jedoch seine Spuren auf der Haut. Mimik und Gestik führen zu kleineren und größeren Falten, Sonneneinstrahlung, Genussmittel und Ernährung beeinflussen das Hautbild. Mit der ästhetischen Medizin stehen Dr. Meyer verschieden Wege zur Behandlung des Gesichts z.B. Facelift mittels Lasertherapien (mit und ohne OP), Lippenkorrekturen, Ohrenkorrekturen, Augenlidstraffungen, Nasenkorrekturen (mit und ohne OP) etc. Der Faltenbildung kann Dr. Meyer mittels Hyaluronsäure und der BBL Antiaging Therapie entgegenwirken.
