Lorraine Cooney is a specialist gut health dietitian, supporting clients with IBS, Crohn’s and Colitis, and a wide range of digestive conditions. She has a proven track record in using evidence-based nutrition interventions, including identifying dietary triggers, providing low FODMAP guidance, and helping people expand their diet to improve gut health. She is also one of the few dietitians trained in gut-directed hypnotherapy, an evidence-based approach shown to ease IBS symptoms by calming the gut–brain axis.
