She earned her BSc in Psychology and her Clinical Psychology Doctorate (DClinPsy) from Newcastle University, and she also holds a Graduate Certificate in Systemic and Family Therapy from the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience.
Her additional training includes Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), EMDR therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), with an emerging interest in Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy.
