About Mrs Laura Alexander
Laura Alexander is an Integrative Hypnotherapist and successful author, with a deep, lifelong passion for unlocking the transformative power of the psyche. She guides her clients to reconnect with their inner strength, break free from limiting beliefs, and create lasting, positive change. Laura's expertise empowers individuals to overcome their unique challenges whatever they are — to reduce stress and anxiety, alleviate phobias, break free from destructive habits and build self-esteem and confidence. Through her solution-focused, tailored treatment plans, she inspires profound personal growth and lasting transformation, integrating hypnotherapy with Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy (REBT) and Inner Child Therapy. Laura has a private practive offering appointments in Wallington, Kings Cross and online, and through the Forbes Clinic. She also provides pro bono hypnotherapy at St Raphael's hospice to patients and carers.
